DownloadHeating and Air Conditioning systems receive a visual inspection of all HVAC units, plumbing and electrical connections along with appropriate drain and safety systems. All permanent HVAC systems will be operated on heat and cool settings using the thermostat controls. Performance will be measured and documented.
The Structure of the property including interior, exterior, accessible attic space and roof will be visually inspected for damage, deterioration, typical wear or defective construction. A full documentation of any issues along with captioned photos will be presented to you in our inspection report.
Plumbing system inspections include testing for the proper functioning of all fixtures, documenting any corrosion, leakage or damage that's visible. Permanent fixtures including water heaters, faucets, toilets etc. will be tested in accordance with the normal operation of the fixture.
